CRAPPY CABLES

Developed in Unreal Engine 4

Contractually Bound was created for the 2021 Kiwi Jam.   

The theme was Adapt. 

The game is a puzzle experience about that satisfying click when connecting cables into each other. With this jam I decided to use the theme in a literal way. Players must fix gaps in a cable by using an absurd amount of adaptors to bridge the gap.

I worked in person at Yoobee's Christchurch Campus with Hamish Oliver. 

Over the 48 hour jam the roles were:

  • Hamish Oliver - Audio/Music

  • Jared Bakker (Me) - Graphics/Art, Design, Programming
